My extreme weight negatively impacted my health and presented me with a life-altering decision. Why As a Fitness Trainer?
My why is although I was a strongman competitor I gained an extreme amount of weight which was unhealthy. Then my son was born I knew I needed to address my health.
I set out on a journey to still be competitive in worlds strongest man but in a leaner, healthier body. I now want to help other people get their life back and be able to enjoy the simple things in life like playing basketball or football with their kids as well as still being a big strong man.
